In addition, he established The Voice Over Bank (voiceoverbank.com.ng), the largest and most professional pool of voices in the continent. Further solidifying his commitment to excellence, he founded Africa’s premier practice and resource center for voice-over drills – Voice Over Drill (voiceoverdrill.com).

Shobo’s projects have garnered global attention, attracting the admiration of both local and international media outlets. In recognition of his contributions, he was honored with the prestigious SOVAS Voice Arts Global Influencer Award in December 2022. Throughout his career, Oluwaseun has received numerous awards and accolades from esteemed platforms and educational institutions in Nigeria, underscoring his wealth of experience in the Marketing Communications and Voice-Over industry.

Shobo was named a SOVAS Ambassador in 2023 becoming one of the very few minds across the world representing the iconic brand. As a professional member of the World Voices Organization (WOVO) USA and the Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA) USA, he serves as the first African and Nigerian board Director for VASTA, reflecting his standing as an ambassador for excellence in the field. He also holds advisory board positions in several esteemed organizations.
